#Pro-Me

About

Not your body, Not your life, not your rights.

According to the Merriam Webster dictionary, abortion is the termination of a pregnancy followed by the death of the fetus or embryo. Every year, worldwide, about 42 million women with unintended pregnancies choose abortion, and nearly half of these procedures are unsafe causing roughly 68,000 women to die of unsafe abortion annually. #Pro-Me aims to bring light to the laws and restrictions that are being forced upon a women's choice towards her own womb and body while also giving those in need of help a way to find clinics and organizations to seek help from.

Mission Statement

My body. My womb. Not your decision

In a world where a woman's decision regarding an unborn child is categorized, Pro Me aims to fix the problem of ignorance that is being influenced by today's society and while reigniting a deeper understanding of the fact that nobody has the right to a woman's body nor on her decisions regarding her body, not even the government. While pro-life and pro-choice are great terms for the 60s, Pro-Me aims to be more in touch with current times and issues, while also prioritizing the women rather than her decision regarding her womb.
